The Event details shown on this website may be updated, including venue, schedule, workshop topics, and award information.

Where information is marked “TBA” (to be announced), it is not yet confirmed.

Registration for the Event must be submitted via the online form provided on this website. Upon successful submission, you will receive a confirmation email containing your reference ID.

Participants are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact information to ensure seamless communication regarding the Event.

The organizer reserves the right to contact you should further clarification or additional information be necessary to process your registration.

All Event payments are processed manually. This website does not facilitate direct online credit card or digital payments.

Detailed payment instructions will be sent to your registered email address following the submission of your registration form.

Your registration will remain in a “Pending Payment” status until the required funds have been successfully received and manually verified by the organizer.

All prices are listed in AUD$ unless stated otherwise.

Competition entries are priced per category. Workshop, official shirt, dinner, and sponsorship have separate fees.

The organizer may correct pricing errors and will notify registrants if adjustments are required.

If you select the Buffet Night, the official shirt is required. You must choose a shirt size for dinner attendance.

Official shirts may be purchased separately without dinner.

Any requests for cancellation or refunds must be directed to the organizer. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the organizer's discretion and may incur administrative processing fees or be subject to specific deadlines.

The organizer reserves the right to modify the schedule, change venues, or cancel portions of the Event due to operational requirements, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of significant changes, registered participants will be notified promptly.

Participants are expected to possess an appropriate level of training and experience in Nuad Thai or related practices relevant to their registered categories.

You are required to strictly adhere to all Event rules, hygiene standards, safety protocols, and instructions issued by the Event staff and venue operators.

Professional and respectful conduct is mandatory at all times. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any participant demonstrating unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior, without liability for refund.

Participation involves physical activity and may carry risk. You agree to take reasonable care and follow safety protocols.

Stop immediately if a recipient experiences pain or discomfort and notify staff.

To the extent permitted by law, the organizer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from participation or attendance.

Photography, audio, and video recording may occur during the Event for promotional and archival purposes. By attending, you acknowledge that your likeness may be captured and used in such materials.

If you have privacy concerns regarding being photographed or recorded, please notify the organizers prior to the Event to discuss potential reasonable accommodations.

Event branding, logos, and website content belong to the organizer or their licensors.

You may not reproduce or use branding assets without permission.

Personal information submitted during registration is collected solely for the purpose of managing event participation, communication, and manual payment confirmation.

We handle your data securely and share it only with authorized staff and essential service providers directly involved in event operations.

Data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined above or as required by applicable laws.

This website solely utilizes basic technical and essential cookies required for the system's core functionality, such as maintaining forms or basic navigation.

We do not employ advanced analytics tracking tools or marketing cookies on this platform.
